The Reef appreciates that our four legged friends are just as much a part of the family as anyone else, so we are pleased to offer some pet friendly rooms.
Advanced pet reservations are required. Call hotel reservation department directly to book your pet stay.
Upon check-in, we require that the dog check-in as well. So, we will meet all dogs at the front desk, prior to owner's receiving their room keys.
At this time, the Reef only accommodates dogs who weigh 40 pounds or less.
Only two dogs are allowed per room.
Cats are not allowed.
We do not allow aggressive breeds. (The following are what we consider aggressive breeds: Rottweiler, Pit-Bulls, Dobermans, Boxers, German shepherd and Chow.)
Dogs are not allowed in or at the pool areas.
Dogs must be crated when guests are out of the unit as well as during housekeeping services.
Dogs must be a leash in ALL public areas
Dogs must be current on all vaccines due to liability purposes.
Dogs must be carried in/out of the elevator.
Any damages to the room are the responsibility of the guest and will result in a damage charge.
Guests are required to clean up after their dog.
The hotel will provide a door hanger to let other guests and hotel staff know that there is a dog in the room. We require that the pet owner leave a valid cell phone with the front desk. The staff will contact the owner if the dog becomes disruptive to other guests.
